THIS is apropos the news report `Nawaz for pro-people initiatives to prove economic growth claims` (June 1).
I would like to suggest that the UA E has a technology of mobile homes which they supplied to Palestinians af ter the destruction of their houses by Israeli forces last year.
Since housing is the primary need of every Pakistani, whether he lives in a city or a village, it must be looked at in a broader perspective to meet the need of many homeless people in the country.
I did suggest in these columns a most economical mode of fabricating mobile homes for the needy.
I also now recommend that the technology from the UA E be acquired as it can also resolve the problems of people affected by floods almost every year.
