LAHORE: President Asif Ali Zardari visited the residence of senior politician and former chief minister Mian Manzoor Wattoo and inquired about his well-being.

Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, Raja Pervez Ashraf and other senior leaders accompanied him.

The president expressed his best wishes for the complete recovery of Mr Wattoo.

The president also met his sons and daughters. Mr Wattoo thanked the president for visiting his residence.

Moazzam Jahan Zeb Wattoo, Begum Rubina Wattoo, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur and others were also present.

Meanwhile, Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmed Khan also called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Governor House. They both discussed the legislation process in the provincial house. Staff Reporter
