I BOOKED a letter under ID 306021428569 from the Tariq Road TCS branch, Karachi, for Rawalpindi on June 3 last. Although almost a month has passed, the letter never reached its destination, while online tracking shows it is in transit.

On contacting the TCS through email, phone call, as well as by visiting the office where the letter was booked, I received no response. Such an attitude towards customers by a reputed company is a source of concern and shows lack of consumer rights.

I launched an online complaint to theconsumer protection cell, established at the Governor House, Karachi, and called as well, but have not yet received any response. Now, what should I do and who should I complain to about compensation? Tasawar Iqbal Karachi
