ISLAMABAD: Abdullah Nawaz, Nouman Khan, Ahmad Rayyan Khan and Mohammad Sohail Adnan moved into the 32nd Asian Junior Individual Squash Championship semi-finals after registering convincing wins in various categories on Thursday.

Sehrish Ali was the only casualty as she lost her Under-15 last-eight clash against Malaysia`s Siti S A S. However her sister Mahnoor defeated Indian player Anika K 3-0 to confirm her semis berth.

Abdullah got the better of Hong Kong`s Wong W in the Under-19 category while Nouman booked Under-15 the last-four spot after defeating Harshal R of India. Ahmad also advanced in the U-15 category following his win against Malaysian player ArmanM.

In the Under-13 quarter-final, Sohail routed India`s Abhiyude A 11-2, 11-8, 11-2 to move in the semi-finals.-Agencies
