I WAS astonished to hear from media reports that Sindh government vehicles, in the hundreds, are not registered with the Motor Registration Authority, and also that no vehicle tax has been paid for these vehicles.
As reported, this practice has been continuing for several years and somebody up and above is responsible for the losses incurred by the provincial treasury.
If this information is correct, then we, the residents of Sindh, deserve an explanation from our provincial high-ups in this regard.
