HYDERABAD: Industrialists of Kotri on Thursday strongly reacted to suspension of gas supply to the power plants of their units and termed it `a conspiracy to close the industrial sector`. They urged the prime minister to take notice of it.

Speaking at a press conference, Kotri Association of Trade and Industry (KATI) chairman Asif Memon and Jamshoro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ziaurrehman along with Adeel Siddiqui, Saleemuddin Qureshi and others said that thousands of workers and labourers might lose their livelihood if gas supplies to their units remained suspended.-Staff Correspondent
