RAHIM YAR KHAN: Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, the sister of PPP Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, addressed a public gathering in Nawazabad near the Bhong area of Sadiqabad on Sunday.

She said that the PPP would eliminate the deprivations of south Punjab and secure its rightful share through the National Finance Commission award after coming into power.

Aseefa said that the PPP government in Sindh prioritised health as itis a basic right that should be equally delivered to the public. Free health facilities are provided in Sindh, especially focusing on the security of the poor, needy,and oppressed.

About PPP`s commitment to healthcare, she mentioned plans to establish hospitals in every district of Punjab to ensurepeople have access to free treatment. She said just as the Bhutto family stood with the people during challenging times, they would continue to do so through the PPP.

Aseefa mentioned Bilawal`s efforts during floods, where two million houses with ownership rights were being constructed in Sindh. She said that after successful elections, Bilawal would deliver three million houses to eligible women in the country.

Aseefa said that only the PPP distributes houses to people, while other parties take them away. The PPP, upon gaining power, aims to double salaries and provide 300 units of free electricity. She reminded the audience that the real power people possess is their vote, and when used correctly, it strengthens the country. Earlier, candidate for PP-266 Mumtaz Chang presented a gold crown to Aseefa.
