Power supply to remain suspended

PESHAWAR: Peshawar Electric Supply Company has announced six to seven hours power suspensions on different days due to maintenance work on transmission lines.

According to a statement issued here on Thursday, the consumers of Khyber 1 and 2, Hayatabad 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Deans Heights, Hayatabad Surgical and Frontier Ceramics will face power suspension from 9am to 3pm on April 8 and10.

The consumers of Baghbanan, Urmer, Phando Road 1 and 2, Ring Road, Yakatoot, Kachori, Surizai, Hazar Khwani, Phando Baba, Landi Arbab 2, Nodeh Payan and Hayatabad 2 and 3 will suf fer on April 8 and 10 from 8.30am to 2.30pm.

The people of Naguman, Haryana 1, Daudzai 1 and 2, Old Naguman, New Naguman, Khazana and Takataband will face inconvenience on April 9 and 11 from 9am to 3pm.

The people of Shahi Bagh 1 will be affected on April 9 from 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Similarly, the consumers of Bashirabad 1 will face power suspension from 8.30am to 2.30pm on April 7 and 9, while those living in Tajabad, Hayatabad-IV, Ring Road , Regi, Gulabad, Malakander, University Campus and Canal Town will be affected on April 10 and those in Shahi Bagh 2 and Bashirabad 2 from 8.30am to 2.30pm.

Also, power supply will remain suspended from 132KV Peshawar Cantt grid station on April 9 and 11 from 8:30am to 2:30pm and resultantly the consumers of Warsak Road 1 and 2, Islamia Collage, Tehkal, University Town, KTH, PAF and Palosi will face inconvenience.
