JEONJU (South Korea): Pakistan completed an extraordinary undefeated campaign to claim the Asian Youth Girls Netball Championship title, overpowering Maldives 60-35 in the Plate Group (PG) final on Friday.

Playing at the Jeonju Hwasan Gymnasium, Pakistan seized control early with a commanding 17-5 first-quarter lead. They systematically extended their advantage throughout the match, dominating the scoreboard quarter-by-quarter 34-17 at halftime, 45-23 in the third, and sealing the 60-35 victory in the fourth. The triumph caps a flawless tournament run for the national side.

Pakistan`s collective strength shone through, with standout performances delivered by Leya Raza Shah, Alisha Naveed, Sumayya Kouser, Haleema, Jasmine Farooq, Alina, Amani, Parisa and Farah Rasheed. Their cohesive play proved insurmountable for the Maldivian challengers.
