OCTOBER 5 is observed as Teacher`s Day around the world. Unfortunately in Pakistan it passes with hardly any notice.
This day should be observed with greater fervor to acknowledge the role of teachers in shaping the lives of students.
Thus teachers play an important role in society as they are the ones who are moulding and shaping the country`s future leaders to serve the nation.It is sad but true once we are done with our formal education we tend to forget our teachers and join the rat race. Our teachers do not receive the appreciation they deserve.
We should call this day on our mentors to thank them.
