Abdul Sattar Edhi made history by creating one of the largest charitable organisations in the world with the largest helicopter service. A man of small beginnings, he has expanded his workthroughout Pakistan.
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s donation of Rs10 million has not been accepted by the Edhi Foundation `on the grounds of principles and dignity` set by Mr Edhi.
I want to know what the government and the people of Pakistan have done to ensure the Nobel Peace prize to Edhi for being one of the greatest philanthropists in the world.
We demand this award to be given to Mr Edhi in his lifetime.
