JOB seekers should always be informed about the fate of their applications. These days, I am applying at various places for a job and some organisations reply while others do not.
If candidates are not informed, they keep waiting for days in the hope of getting an answer.
Some people consider rejection maildemoralising but others benefit from it and start looking for jobs elsewhere as soon as they receive a rejection mail.
I request all employers to form a `rejection mail system` to inform those who apply for jobs.
