TIMERGARA: A man killed his father allegedly over a monetary dispute in the jurisdiction of Asbanr police station here on Saturday.

Local residents and police said the accused identified as Dil Nawaz, took out a gun and opened indiscriminate fire on his father after exchanging harsh words with him over a monetary dispute at Shor Shing road area.

The accused escaped the scene. Asbanr police registered case and began investigation.

Meanwhile, a man suffered burn injuries when fire engulfed a mobile phone shop at Chakdara bazaar here on Saturday.—Correspondent
