TOBA TEK SINGH: A Pirmahal additional district and sessions judge handed down on Monday death sentence on two counts to a man in a double murder case of his father and brother.

Judge Muhammad Azfar Khan handed down the sentence to Rao Azhar Iqbal for murdering his father, former MPA Rao Muhammad Iqbal Khan, and brother Rao Athar Iqbal.

According to the prosecution, the convict had shot dead his father and brother at his outhouse in Chak 681/21 GB on Sept 9, 2015 over a property dispute. The court also imposed a fine of Rs200,000 on the convict.-Correspondent
