A MAJOR reason of poor governance in Sindh is political interference in the affairs of the Sindh Public Service Commission.
Owing to this perennial interference, the province is saddled with inefficient and incapable officials.
The SPSC announced a Combine Competitive Commission examination in 2013, the written result of which is yet to be declared.
I request the PPP leadership if they are sincere about good governance in the province, they should uphold merit and ensure there is no nepotism in government departments.
