Three `missing` KU students return home

KARACHl: Three students of the University of Karachi (KU) who were reportedly taken away by some plainclothes men from their homes recently returned home on Saturday night, according to family members and friends.

Mumtaz Sajidi, a 22-year-old final year student of the KU`s International Relations Department, and his 18-year-old brother Kamran Siddiqi, an intermediate student, were whisked away from their home in Madhu Goth adjacent to Safari Park in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The same day, Saif Dada Baloch, an M.Phil student of Agriculture Sciences at the KU, was also taken away from his home, also located in Madhu Goth.

`All I can say is that both my brothers, Mumtaz and Kamran have returned home, said their brother, Naeem Sajidi, in his brief talk with Dawn. `They both are safe,` added Naeem.

Saif Dada also returned home safely, he said.-Staff Reponer
