TAXILA: A man was killed while his four family members were injured in a cartrailer collision on Rawalpindi-Kohat road near Malhowali in the limits of Pindigheb Police Station on Saturday.

As per sources, Abid Hussain, his wife, daughter, and two sons were on their way from Kohat to Khanewal when, on the Kunnt turn, Abid lost control of his car due to overspeeding and rammed into a trailer coming from the opposite direction.

As a result, Abid died on the spot,while othersreceived multiple injuries.

The rescue 1122 shifted the injured and dead to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital in Pindigheb, but later the injured were moved to Rawalpindi due to critical injuries.

Pindigheb police registered a case against the unknown trailer driver and launched furtherinvestigation.

Moreover, Mohammad Akhtar has reported to Attock Khurd Police that his son, Khizar, shot dead his sister during a domestic dispute in Mansar village on Saturday.

The dead body was handed over for an autopsy, and the police arrested the suspect and recovered the pistolused in the murder.
