KARACHI: A fire erupted in a multi-storey building housing a superstore in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Thursday, rescue services said.

Rescue-1122 official Hassan Khan said that the fire erupted on the second floor of the residential complex on the Rashid Minhas Road ostensibly due to some short circuit.

Two fire tenders managed to control the fire. No one was injured in the incident, he added.
