SUKKUR: Armed muggers robbed a clerk of a union council of Rs4 million in broad daylight near SSP office here on Thursday.

The muggers looted Hidayatullah Shar and easily made away with the booty before newly-appointed ASP (City) Paras Bakhrani, reached the crime scene along with a team of police.

She assured the victim of recovery of robbed cash and told local media men that police would arrest the muggers soon with the help of footage of CCTV cameras.
