QUETTA: The provincial government has appointed a Supreme Court lawyer as the new advocate general for Balochistan.

According to a notification issued by the Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Advocate Adnan Basharat has been appointed as the advocate general for Balochistan. The position became vacant after the former advocate general, Asif Reki, was appointed as a judge of the Balochistan High Court.-Staff Correspondent
