SUKKUR: Four members of a family were killed when the ceiling of their house in Bahu Khoso village of Thull town in Jacobabad district caved in on Thursday.

The deceased were identified as Rabia, 35, wife of Naseebullah Khoso, their son, Ehsan,15, Shazia, 12, daughter of Habibullah Khoso, and Sadia, daughter of Hafizullah Khoso.

A large number of neighbours rushed to the house after hearing sound of the collapse and started relief and rescue work.

They retrieved the four bodies from under the debris and transported them to the Thull Taluka Hospital.
