ISLAMABAD: Official sources today [May 6] repudiated reports circulating abroad giving the impression that some Bengali officials, who have opted for Bangladesh, were arrested here last night. When contacted, they said what had happened was that Bengali officials occupying official accommodation according to their status when they were serving the Government of Pakistan have been shifted to repatriation accommodation, pending their repatriation to Dacca.
