DERA MURAD JAMALI: A man and a woman were gunned down in an honourrelated attack in Subatpur district while two men lost their lives and another one received injuries over enmity in the Sanni area of Bolan district on Thursday, police said.

Armed men opened fire on Farzana Bibi and her alleged paramour Kajla Khan Bugti in Goth Dur Muhammad Bugti.

The attackers escaped after the shooting.

`It is a case of honour killing,` a police officer said, adding that a case had been registered against unidentified assailants and investigation was in progress.

In Sanni tehsil of Bolan district, Abdul Haleem and Khan Muhammad died while Mohyuddin suffered injuries when they came under fire. The injured was admitted to the district hospital. The cause of the attack was said to be an old enmity.-Correspondent
