Power failure

IT is great to know that K-Electric is working day in and day out for better transmission of grid lines.

I am a resident of Gulistan-i-Jauhar, Block-2, and we had a change of PMT power lines last month. The old pole is still lying around.

I have a power failure at home since May 7. I registered a complaint on May 9 (No.685622). The next complaint was registered on May 30 (No.1001440). The last time I had one registered was on June 3 (No.1074662).

I feel highly dissatisfied as I am a responsible K-electric consumer who always pays electricity bills on time.

What can a helpless person like me do in this scorching heat with no influential (meaning political) figure to back me up! A citizen Karachi
