LAHORE: The Punjab government has announced holding of special programmes to mark the World Youth and Minorities Day on Sept 10.

Punjab law minister Rana Mashhood told a press conference here on Sunday that besides a seminar, a declamation contest, an exhibition of documentaries, posters, theater performance and other events would be held on the day.
