MUZAFFARGARH: A six-year-old girl died after a quack administered her expired injection.

Police registered a case against the quack on the application of Muhammad Shahid. The complainant said his niece Sania Bibi, 6, had fever and he took her to Dr Zulfiqar who administered her injection. He said the girl fell unconscious and they tookher to the Rohallanwali rural health centre where doctors claimed that she had been administered expired injection. The girl died af ter some time.

The Rohallanwali police registered a case. The drug inspector sealed his medical store. Deputy Commissioner Ali Annan Qamar said a campaign had been launched against quacks. Correspondent
