TOBA TEK SINGH: Hundred per cent job placement would be ensured for the students who would complete the Cyberabad project course launched by the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FCCI), said Muhammad Azhar Chaudhry, the former executive member and head of Cyberabad project.
Addressing the first lecture of Generative Artificial Intelligence course in the auditorium of the FCCI, he said the future of the job market was directly linked with AI and the youth equipped with this knowledge would have unlimited opportunities to grow and earn millions of dollars with minimum investment.
He said the FCCI would ensure jobs for the passed-out students while they could also establish their own IT houses. He paid a tribute to the vision of former FCCI President Dr Khurram Tariq for conceivingthis unique and innovative idea and appreciated sitting President Rehan Naseem Bharara to continue this project.
Mentor Naveed Sarwar termed the IT as the most relevant revolution of this century and urged the students to spend at least 3-4 hours on their computers after attending the lecture. He said this practical application would open doors of unlimited progress for them in this field.
More than 150 students attended the lecture.
TERROR ATTACK: The Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry has condemned the terrorist attack in Karachi in which two Chinese nationals and one Pakistani were killed.
FCCI President Rehan Naseem Bharara said the government must take perpetrators to task. He said Pakistan and China are enjoying strong bilateral relations.
`China has proved itself as a trusted friend of Pakistan in all odds,` he said and added that it wasensuring much-needed conneetivity to promote regional trade by heavily investing on CPEC-related projects.
He appreciated the Chinese stance to develop this region on the basis of equality and shared prosperity but some hostile forces were out to sabotage this project through terrorist activities.
He particularly condemned the time chosen for this attack as a highlevel meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation was scheduled to be held in Pakistan during this week.
He was optimistic that the Pakistan government would take stringent measures to crush these terrorists so that the Chinese could complete the ongoing projects with full peace of mind in addition to initiating new development schemes.
He also condoled with the bereaved Chinese families who have lost their loved ones and hoped that despite such incidents PakChina friendship will continue to grow in the coming days.
