GHALANAl: Security forces conducted search operation at Main Mandi Bazaar in Mohmand Agency and arrested 27 people including two Afghans.

During the search operation, the bazaar was vacated from people and only shopkeepers were allowed to open their shops. The security forces searched each and every shop in the bazaar and recovered a huge quantity of narcotics and weapons.

Sources said that during the search operation, dozens of houses and shops were searched and data of people living in rented buildings was collected. Security forces have started search operations in various areas of the agency for the last two days.

The arrested persons were shifted to the headquarters of Mohmand Rifles in Ghalanai for investigation.Correspondent
