IN developed countries people cast their vote online. In Pakistan, one has to appear at the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) district office for any change in voter registration.
One has to stand in a long queue and go through tedious paperwork. The ECP should learn from the West and make use of technology instead of following the same old obsolete process for voter registration.
