KARACHl: About 51 tonnes of rations were distributed by army personnel to the people of Nagar Parkar and Chachro in Tharparkar district at a five-day relief and medical camp.

Some 5,000 families received medical advice and medicines at the camp, according to a press release issued on Monday.

Moreover, Pakistan Army water tankers provided clean drinking water to the locals.

Pakistan Army regularly holds medical and relief camps for the draught-affect district, says the press release.
