HYDERABAD: A 16-year-old youth was arrested on Wednesday after his next door relative lodged an FIR (72/2016) against him at the Market police station accusing him of subjecting his six-year-old daughter to criminal assault.
The complainant told the police that the youth, a class-X student, called his daughter to the roof of his house situated in the Mirasi Mohallah early in the morning. He stated that the suspect criminally assaulted and left her in a serious condition.
SHO Muneer Abbasi said that the victim narrated her ordeal to her parents, who rushed her to the Liaquat University Hospital for treatment.
