LAHORE: The AntiCorruption Establishment (ACE) registered on Monday cases against 27 government officials on the charges of taking bribe.

According to a spokesman, most of the officials are policemen and patwaris. He said the ACE had constituted teams to arrest the accused, ASIs Zulfiqar Ali, Asghar Ali, and Muhammad Latif, subinspectors Muhammad Khawar, Abbas Bhatti, Abdul Rehman, Asif Hameed and Noor Ahmed Sabri, patwaris Zahir Ahmed, Rafique Ahmed, Ashraf Dogar, Salamat, Ghulam Abbas, Muhammad Javed and Muhammad Rafique.
