IF we all assume and believe that the mental and physical chemistry of all the humans across the world is similar, then why is their behaviour different from country to country?Why is it that in one country the nation is disciplined and in the other it is not? Provided with an easy opportunity to steal, why will a person not steal or, for that matter, why will a person not go for any crime in another country? The answer is not difficult, as we all know it. Let us all support with a loud and clear voice the process ofaccountability.
