KARACHI: Three Saudi Airline flights will bring bacl< an estimated 100 Pakistani construction workers from Jeddah and depart for Karachi and Islamabad on Saturday and for Lahore on Sunday, a document shared by an employee at the Saudi Oger Limited showed.

Pakistani construction workers began returning home recently after waiting to get their dues of the past nine months.

The dues piled up after two Saudi companies declared bankruptcy earlier this year.

It all began about eight months ago when one after the other groups such as the Saad Trading and Contracting Companies, the Saudi Oger Limited and the Bin Laden Group declared bankruptcy after reportedly facing a `financial crunch`
