SOUTH WAZlRISTAN: Mobile and internet services to Kari Kot and surrounding areas of Wana tehsil in Lower South Waziristan were disrupted after unknown miscreants set on fire the tower of a private cellular company on Tuesday night.

The police confirmed the incident, saying unknown armed men torched a tower of a private company, suspending mobile and internet service to many areas of Wana tehsil, leaving residents without communication services.

The residents expressed concern about the impact of such attacks on essential services in this digital age.
