TAXILA: Three persons were killed as a car rammed into a pick up from the rear on IslamabadPeshawar motorway (M-1) near Hassanabal on Monday.

Motorway police said the car was heading towards Ghazi interchange.

Arshad Mehmood and Sabir Rehman on board the car died on the spot while driver of the car, Bakhat Zameen, was shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) where he succumbed to his injuries.
