Xu Laifu is not your average dog. The adorable poodle, from China`s Jiangsu Province, can ride a bicycle about as well as a three or four-year-old child. The canine became an overnight sensation after videos of him riding a bicyclearound a basketball court went viral.

He was recently featured by Japan`s Fuji News Network, where photos and videos of his bicycle riding left people speechless. According to the Japanese outlet, Laifu`s owner spent about a year training the poodle to ride a bicycle, and he apparently loved every minute of it.

His owner has also taught him to ride a skateboard in just five days! Xu Laifu`s impressive talent has received mixed reactions from the public, with some expressing their amazement, but most criticising his owner for making him learn something so unnatural and unnecessary.
