LAHORE: The Central Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Mian Mahmud Ali Kasuri, said here today [Sept 9] that the People`s Party was opposed to any constitutional scheme which envisages Pakistan as a confederation or a combination of four demi-independent states.
