A story published in daily Dawn (Peshawar edition) on August 10,2016 under the headline `Six health facilities closed down in Mansehra` mentioned that four basic health units and two mobile outreach health service units had been closed down.
Instead four mother and child healthcare centres and two outreach mobile health services have been terminated.
