KHAIRPUR: Six quacks were arrested and their clinics sealed on Thursday during the second phase of operation against illegal medical practitioners in an attempt to control hepatitis.
The Khairpur assistant commissioner along with a health department team raided various clinics and arrested the fake doctors and got their clinics sealed. FIR has also been lodged against the quacks.
The assistant commissioner told reporters that they had started the second phase of the operation wherein raids were conducted in Tando Masti, Therhi, the village of Waryo Phulpoto and other areas.
The arrested quacks were identified as M.
Saleem Phulpoto, Riaz Phulpoto, Ali Gul Jogi, Dhani Bux Khaskheli and Noor Mailto.
