DERA GHAZI KHAN: Scores of the residents of Taunsa and Dera Ghazi Khan city held separate rallies against the imposition of extra taxes on electricity bills, and demanded their withdrawal in utility bills.

They blocked the gateof the local Mepco office in Dera Ghazi Khan city.

They said as the courts have ruled, authorities should cancel the imposition and collection of taxes through electricity bills.

In another rally by the residents of Taunsa, a similar demand was raised.
