HYDERABAD: Adviser to the Chief Minister on Information Maula Bux Chandio has announced that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari will lead a rally on Oct 16 to be taken out in Karachi to observe the anniversary of the 2007 Karsaz carnage.

He was briefly speaking to journalists at the residence of party activist Amir Leghari late on Sunday evening. He said the rally would also be a big show of the party`s strength. He said the PPP would always oppose a division of Sindh.
