We know that Dr. Mukerjee has always been an enthusiast for the League of Nations formula for the minorities and he proceeds to ask if our country could not be Sovietised on the Russian model. While he exaggerates the efficacy of the Geneva formula, his mind at least moves a little further from the attitude of blank negation generally adopted by the Hindu obscurant when he speaks of the awful iniquity of the Pakistan plan of friendly separation and good neighbourliness ...
