DURING the recent local bodies` election in Larkana, there were queues of voters, while a single voter took three minutes to cast his vote.

When Bilawal Bhutto Zardari came to cast his vote, the police and security guards were found roaring on roads while polling stations and roads were blocked. Before his departure the polling station was emptied.
