ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Embassy in Iraq has managed to send all stranded pilgrims back to Pakistan.

In a message on his Twitter account, Foreign Office spokesman Dr Mohammad Faisal on Saturday lauded efforts of Pakistan Ambassador to Iraq Sajid Bilal and other officials for resolving the issue.

The spokesman said that an inquiry was being initiated against the tour operator whose inefficiency led to the problem for pilgrims.—APP
