HUNDREDS of students appeared in the test at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Law College, Larkana, a few days ago. My brother told me that though mobile phones were strictly prohibited, the students made free use oftheircellphones.
It isn`t it mismanagement? There is a need for enforcing discipline.
