KARACHI: On the directives of the caretaker Sindh Chief Minister retired Justice Maqbool Baqar, a successful operational test of the much-delayed Manora reverse osmosis / desalination plant has been carried out in order to commission it.

After the successful test, the chief minister has issued directives to the finance department to release the remaining funds so that the project could be completed and inaugurated by the end of this week.—Dawn Report
