THE importance of reliable mobile phone coverage in our everyday life cannot be overstated. I am a university student who, in the face of frequent power outages and unpredictable Wi-Fi, relies on mobile data to access important study material online while also staying connected to social media.

Of late, however, the mobile signals at my house have been fluctuating on a daily basis, slowing down my 4G reception.
