Roof collapse kills two children in Bisham

SHANGLA: Two children were killed when roof of a mud house collapsed in Batkot area on the outskirts of Bisham city here on Saturday.
Police said the incident took place in the morning, adding the two siblings were sleeping in a room when its roof caved in.
Locals rushed to the scene and pulled out the bodies.
The deceased were identified as Bacha Arshad, 6, and Aseema Bibi, 8.
Police said the singleroom mud house had been weakened due to heavy rain over the last few days.
PML-N ACTIVISTS JOIN ANP: Pakistan Muslim League-N activists on Saturday announced joining the Awami NationalParty.
They announced the decision at a meeting held in Pech Banda, Alpuri.
ANP district head and opposition leader in the district council, Haji Sadeed-ur-Rehman was the chief guest.
On the occasion, he said that though the PML-N had been ruling the district for over a decade it didn`t develop the area.
Bakht Zamin, Umar Zaman, Ghani Rehman, Khan Zaman, Gul Rehman Samar Zada, Bakht Behar and Shah Zada joined the ANP.
PRESS CLUB OFFICEBEARERS: The Shangla Press Club on Friday elected a five-member cabinet during the annual elections. Raza Shah was elected president and Sohail Khan general secretary.
