IT is a matter of satisfaction that the statement of Chief of Army Sraff Gen Raheel Sharif was clear, candid and conclusive. The statement has kept the Kashmir issue alive. The Quaid-i-Azam had correctly described Kashmir as jugular vein for Pakistan It is a matter of satisfaction that the project of the metro bus between Rawalpindi and Islamabad has been completed . We all hope that Shahbaz Sharif will now concentrate on Karachi and give us the benefit of bus enterprise.
When I was foreign minister in 1967, I secured from Sweden 300 buses for Karachi.
However, in six months` time there was no trace of them. I hope the manner in which projects will be completed by Shahbaz Sharif they will remain permanent.
